What is happening in your neighborhood? If you
have a concern or non-emergency complaint about activities in the Weed
and Seed Target Area, please let us know by clicking the link below.
The form will be sent to the Weed and Seed Site Coordinator who will
ensure that it is forwarded to the appropriate agency or city
department for action.

Oil City Weed and Seed /Concerns and Complaints
Target Area
The
Weed and Seed Target Area includes the Siverly Neighborhood, the East
End and much of the Northside Residential area. Each of these are
supported by strong neighborhood associations which work to organize,
promote and perform services for their communities.
Northside
Neighborhood Association meets on the first Tuesday of every
month, 7:00pm at the Calvary Temple Church, 14 Harriott Avenue.
Siverly
Neighborhood Assocation meets on the second Thursday of every
month, 7:00pm at the Free Methodist Church on the corner of Plum and
Willow Streets.
The East End is part of the Southside
Neighborhood Assocation which meets on the 4th Tuesday of each
month, 6:30pm at the Free Methodist Church, 206 Wilson Avenue.
