Bonnie Schoeppner (foreground), Sandy Kellner (center) and Trish McKissick, members of the Oil City South Side Neighborhood Association, scrub graffiti off the back exterior wall of the Latonia building Wednesday afternoon during the annual Oil City Wash Day event. Others from the neighborhood association tackled similar graffiti on other buildings in the South Side business district. The annual clean-up drew a number of volunteers who spruced up the city's appearance on both sides of town.
